Leading Architetcure Practice- Accounts Coordinator

Working for a leading Architecture practice in heart of Melbourne CBD
Specialising across education, healthcare & commercial projects, this design practice are all about delivering seriously quality work and operate at a highly regarded level.
This practice is looking for an experienced Accounts Coordinator to support the Finance Manager, who need you to make sure their day to day is running smoothly.
This role is for someone looking at a more flexible working week at 4 days a week with 2 days working from home and 2 days working from the office.
The Role:
Your day to day will be responsible for the management of all day-to-day financial transactions including:
- Coordination of all consultant invoices (weekly)
- Reconciliation of all invoices related to telephone services, company credit cards and travelrelated services (monthly, with the support of the wider Business Support team)
- Data entry into MYOB of invoices as applicable (daily, with the assistance of the Business Support team)
- Monitoring accounts payable for due dates of suppliers (weekly)
- Processing payments to suppliers (weekly, monthly)
- Archiving of financial information (minimum annually)
- Completing ad hoc tasks related to the financial management (as requested)
You'll Need:
- At least 24 years experience in an accounts capacity
- Can do attitude
- Easy going nature
- Good with numbers
- Strong attention to detail
- Open to industry however experience in Architecture is HIGHLY desirable and or someone who has worked on project accounting.
