Description
Good pipeline of work with projects in place for the next 3-4 years

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Role off the tools

The Company

  • Residential and commercial builder developer that has been in business for almost 10 years.
  • Their projects include custom homes, duplexes, townhouses, housing estates and childcare centres.
  • They have a number of project sin the Central Coast area such as Gosford, Bateau Bay, Terrigal, Lake Haven etc.

About The Role

  • The Site Supervisor / Site Manager will be required to manage a mixture of residential and commercial projects from stat to finish.
  • Basic salary between $120,000 and $150,000 plus super depending on experience. A vehicle can be included if required.

Duties

  • Manage day to day construction activities
  • Ensure a high level of quality control
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers regularly
  • Ensure site WHS.
  • Proactively schedule and forecast work activities including trades and materials
  • Maintain job site integrity

Skills & Experience

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Relevant building qualifications
  • Trade background (carpentry or bricklaying)
  • Experience in managing residential home construction and commercial building projects from start to finish.
  • Able to understand and interpret construction / architectural drawings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
