- Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with ASX and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA or CA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager role in a commercial environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ASX and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
