    Description

    A unique opportunity has opened up for a Finance Manager to join an international hospitality business based in Perth CBD.

    This hands on opportunity offers the successful candidate a chance to develop their leadership skills, technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen in a broad role with exposure to financial accounting, management reporting and tax compliance. The role can flex depending on the experience and availability of the candidate but will include elements of the below;

    Key deliverables include:

    • Prepare financial and management reports for head office
    • Manage statutory reporting for WA business
    • Manage budgeting and forecasting process
    • Preparation of cash flow forecasting
    • Preparation of operating budgets and business planning
    • Manage and develop a small team
    • Manage AP & AR
    This role will suit individuals with the following key attributes:
    • CA/CPA qualified
    • Prior finance and accounting in hospitality or property is desirable
    • High levels of motivation and an enthusiasm to learn and develop in a professional and collaborative environment.
    • Strong communication skills
