- Managing payroll operations, including superannuation and payroll tax reporting across various jurisdictions
- Overseeing accounts receivable and debtor collections
- Managing the accounts payable functions
- Managing the general ledger for multiple entities within Xero
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Management accounts activities across the group
- BAS preparation and lodgment
- Oversight and management of firm-wide IT operations
- Key contact with the IT service provider
- Manage and lead IT systems or process improvement activities
- Mange office facilities across multiple jurisdictions
- Liaison with landlords Australia-wide and internationally
- Mange the Firm's Asset Register
- Oversee and manage the firms procurement practices
- Manage Firm-wide insurance.
- Financial reporting activities.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with an unwavering commitment to ethical conduct, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong technical capabilities, with knowledge of MYOB and Workflow Max preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role.

The Role
Paxon Group is currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Perth. Reporting directly to the Executive Directors, the successful candidate will assume a key leadership role within the firm and will support the team in delivering the following:
