Um unser Team am Standort Howald zu verstärken, suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/nIT Business Consultant (m/w),die/der mit uns und unseren Partnern (Business und IT, unter anderem vonVolkswagen, Audi, ŠKODA, SEAT, Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, MAN und NEOPLAN ) gemeinsam in die Zukunft geht und die digitale Transformation in unserem Unternehmen vorantreibt.

Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, internationalen IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern
Betreuung und Beratung der Fachbereiche und Erarbeitung von Lösungsoptionen zur Digitalisierung der Prozesse und anschließende Umsetzung mit den Entwicklerteams
Change- und Release-Management, Fehleranalyse und Durchführung von Optimierungs- und Korrekturmaßnahmen
Erstellung von "Software Requirements Specifications", Programmiervorgaben, Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Testaktivitäten
Übernahme von Themen- und Arbeitspaketverantwortung in ProjektenDein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker
Idealerweise erste relevante Berufserfahrung als IT-Consultant in einer vergleichbaren Position
Sehr gute konzeptionelle sowie analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
Business Intelligence Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Kreativität und lnnovationsfähigkeit

Collaboration avec nos secteurs internes, des équipes IT internationaux et des fournisseurs
Assistances et conseils aux services internes et élaboration de solutions possibles pour la numérisation des processus et leur mise en œuvre ultérieure avec les équipes de développeurs
Change- et Release-Management, analyse des erreurs et mise en œuvre de mesures correctives et mesures d'optimisation
Elaboration de « Software Requirements Specifications », d'instructions de programmation, de documentations et de documents de formation
Préparer et effectuer des activités d'essai
Prise en charge de certains thèmes et responsabilités au sein des projetsTon profil:
Etre titulaire d'une licence ou d'un Master en IT, en informatique de gestion ou une formation similaire
Avoir idéalement des premières expériences en tant que consultant IT dans une position similaire
Disposer de compétences organisationnelles et analytiques prononcées
Connaissance en Business Intelligence
Créativité et capacités d'innovation supérieures à la moyenne
Etre autonome, organisé et proactif
Faire preuve d'un excellent relationnel client et d'un attrait pour le service au client
Etre doté d'aptitudes de communications
Faire preuve de persuasions et d'aptitude à s'imposer grâce à votre charisme
