The Business Support Team acts as a channel of choice for customers who would like to talk to someone about a query, their account, new products and complaints.

As a Business Support Consultant, you provide first point contact for our customers. You are passionate about providing a positive customer experience, consistent quality and are keen to see customer queries through until they are resolved

Do work that matters:

Providing exceptional customer service
Consistently answering queries at first point
Understand the end to end loan process and various contact points and confidently take all enquires to the Business Support Team
On a daily basis provide quick, accurate and up to date answers to our customer's queries using the correct and most appropriate channels

Strong customer service skills
Effective time management skills
Able to work in a fastpaced team environment
