This role is newly created and will be working in their new Brisbane based office.
This role would suit someone who's worked in a similar role in the Construction or blue collar industry and is looking for a step up in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly contact and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, with a view to promote our services to their other contacts and branches, thus building our business and brand
- Enforce safety guidelines and conduct reviews onsite to ensure our staff are working under safe working conditions
- Utilise company platforms and software in conjunction with colleagues and aiming towards KPIs in pursuit of bonuses, using all systems efficiently and cohesively
Key Criteria:
- 2 years Recruitment experience within the construction or blue collar industry.
- Agency Recruitment experience is desired.
- Ability to work in a highpressure environment.
- Experience in working with multiple systems at once.
- Effective communication skills and great verbal and written skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Hands on and keen to succeed in a rapidly growing industry
