My client is currently seeking a motivated and career driven Recruiter to join their team. This role is newly created and will be working in their new Brisbane based office.

This role would suit someone who's worked in a similar role in the Construction or blue collar industry and is looking for a step up in their career.


Responsibilities:


  • Regularly contact and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, with a view to promote our services to their other contacts and branches, thus building our business and brand
  • Enforce safety guidelines and conduct reviews onsite to ensure our staff are working under safe working conditions
  • Utilise company platforms and software in conjunction with colleagues and aiming towards KPIs in pursuit of bonuses, using all systems efficiently and cohesively

Key Criteria:


  • 2 years Recruitment experience within the construction or blue collar industry.
  • Agency Recruitment experience is desired.
  • Ability to work in a highpressure environment.
  • Experience in working with multiple systems at once.
  • Effective communication skills and great verbal and written skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Hands on and keen to succeed in a rapidly growing industry
