Duties and responsibilities
As part of the Department, you will support the team performance with various administrative tasks:
- Handle office tasks and other duties that support business operations
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, and fax operations
- Preparing cash payment summaries, banking reports, and bank statements as required
- Arranging the distribution and collection of mail services including arranging external couriers and collecting, collating and distributing internal correspondence
- Booking meeting rooms, order catering requirements for conferences and meetings as required;
- Maintain an uptodate level of knowledge about the Client's policies and procedures
Qualifications:
To excel in administration, you're a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, a great attention to detail and admin skills.
To be considered with us, you can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in Administration or Reception;
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite and able to operate typical office machines such as printers, photocopiers and binding machines;
- Ability to work within established routines and guidelines;
- Carries out their assigned duties under general direction;
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients; and
- Please note you must have valid working rights
You can work as an entry level Administrator without formal qualifications, however, a certificate III or IV in business, administration or another related field may be useful.
