Our client is a leading manufacturing, sales, and distribution business that specialise in cleaning of both commercial and industrial equipment. Due to expansion plans within the Australia business, they are looking to recruit a Standalone HR Generalist to help them run all aspects of HR in Australia. This opportunity is excellent for a candidate, who likes a challenge and can work autonomously in a HR position.

The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who is a self-starter and wants to take on a challenge of being the sole HR representative in the Australian business. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, understanding of policy improvement and be ready to take on multiple HR responsibilities, daily. This is a newly created role, where you'll have autonomy to run and develop the HR environment.
