About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven person to join our credit control team.

This role will suit an experienced Credit Manager who is an exceptional communicator and is looking to join a dynamic team.


What can you expect?

  • Overseeing the teams debtors ledgers and ensuring team meets performance targets
  • Setting, monitoring and updating customer credit limits where necessary
  • Risk analysis, identifying high risk customers & evaluate to reduce likelihood of bad debts
  • Initiate debt recovery procedures including recommending legal action
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assessment of insured limits
  • Review the escalation of accounts forwarded to our external Solicitors for collection
  • Work closely with our Region Leaders and Branch Managers as required
  • Set, monitor & review quarterly health checks for yourself and your team
  • Involvement in quarterly projects
  • Monthly reporting
  • Being part of a dynamic team, taking responsibility for the quality and quantity of work produced by the team

Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years prior experience in Credit
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills supported by an engaging and professional manner
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative and drive to achieve team results
  • Excellent communication skills to positively engage and build successful working partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency with emphasis on Excel
  • Actively review and suggest improvement to existing processes and manage change
  • Great attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and a flair for risk analysis
  • Keen desire to develop yourself and your team
  • Selfmotivated, shows initiative and curiosity, results driven with strong problemsolving skills and decision making
  • A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude
