Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of leads.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Additional Requirements:


  • Must be eligible to work in Australia.
  • Valid driver's license.
