One of Sydney's best insurance builders is looking for a Construction Manager to come on board, being predominantly office based in Sydney you will be reviewing quotes / Building reports and dealing with management whilst supporting the wider team


who you suit this job?- Demonstrated experience in the insurance construction sector, both commercial and residential

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Supervisor, Major Loss, or be an existing Construction Manager
  • Project Management or Senior estimating experience will also be considered highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated people leadership capability
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Ideally you will have

  • Minimum of 3 years working in the insurance construction industry with proven experience managing multiple projects.
  • A trade, preferably carpentry background will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Australian Building Codes
  • Have a Construction White Card
  • Good computer literacy
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Have a current working with children check and police check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
