    Description

    Our client is known for carrying out a diverse range of newbuild and fitout projects throughout Melbourne. These projects span various sectors such as commercial, health, education, retail, and hospitality. Their well-equipped teams not only deliver high-quality work but also promote a healthy work-life balance.

    Site Manager Role:

    • Managing the site team and its operations
    • Coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
    • Communicating effectively with clients to ensure timely project completion
    • Building strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders
    • Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to oversee the construction schedule
    • Upholding strict standards of OHS compliance on-site

    Requirements for the Site Manager position:

    • At least 2 years of Site Management experience in delivering commercial projects with a main contractor
    • Dedication and ambition for career advancement
    • Comprehensive understanding of OH&S regulations
    • Effective management skills to motivate sub-contractor teams and meet project deadlines
    • Experience in health projects is advantageous
    • Proven track record in handling projects exceeding $3 million
    • Proficiency in Procore
