    Description

    This opportunity is for a Senior Contract Administrator to be part of a team of 6 involved in the replacement of a dual lane bridge. This project will enhance the supply chain resilience of the region, improve road safety, and create employment opportunities in the Fitzroy Valley area, following the success of the Fitzroy River Bridge replacement initiative.

    Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will work in a commercial team of 6, supporting head contracts, contract negotiation, and mentoring other Contract Administrators.

    To succeed in this role, you should have:
    • 7+ years of experience in the Commercial Space, ideally in Civil Construction Projects.
    • Strong skills in people management, mentorship, and communication.
    • Attention to detail with excellent analytical abilities.
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to think quickly and be proactive.
