    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team, providing support to our growing business development and account management teams through operational coordination and administration. We are looking for someone to join the team on a 12 month parental leave cover basis. Ideally you will be working 30 hours a week, which could be 4 full days or over 5 days to give you the work life balance that works for you and your family

    The key responsibilities of this role include:

    • You will be supporting with our commercial management team to create contracts for new clients as they join.
    • You will have the opportunity to learn and manage our contract renewal processes, working with clients to ensure a smooth renewal process.
    • You will become proficient in our CRM (Salesforce) and financial platform (NetSuite) assisting our account management team to ensure they are up to date at all times.
    • The sales operations area will be owned by you You will have the opportunity to innovate and continuously improve our processes to support the sales and account management teams to achieve their growth and retention KPIs.

    About You

    • You will have strong administrative experience, sales operations administrations experience is also advantageous.
    • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • You will be highly motivated, organised and professional
    • You will have a business degree or relevant experience is a similar role
    • You will be excited by the opportunity of playing a key role in the growth of our business
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous
    • Knowledge of NetSuite will also be beneficial
