The Role:
We are in search of a Junior Systems Administrator to join our team at our Victoria headquarters in British Columbia. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure supporting our mission in revolutionizing background screening.
Success in this position involves efficiently handling IT issues, communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues, and collaborating effectively within and across teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Important Note: The Junior Systems Administrator will primarily work from our Victoria office to facilitate collaboration; occasional work-from-home opportunities may be available based on business requirements.
