    Role: Support Services Administration Officer

    Work type: Part-time (.6FTE)
    Location: Split between 265 Canterbury Rd, Canterbury and 16 Pilgrim Way, Ringwood, Victoria
    Salary: $73,000 pro rata with salary packaging available.

    The Support Services Administrative Officer will collaborate with MND Victoria's four Support Services teams to provide essential administrative support ensuring top-notch care for individuals affected by MND.

    We are looking for a skilled administrative professional with meticulous attention to detail who excels in working flexibly across various program areas, including:

    • Admin support for the Education and Client Support Program, involving intake correspondence, quality auditing, and event planning.
    • Handling administrative tasks related to equipment delivery, collection, repairs, and the home modification program.
    • Execution of administrative duties to bolster the Volunteer Program.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative role.
    • Proven capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with electronic databases.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines efficiently.
    • A flexible and client-focused approach to work with a 'can-do' attitude.

    We are looking for someone interested in assisting individuals living with a progressive degenerative neurological condition, and we provide extensive training on motor neurone disease.
