- Coordinating and overseeing rostering and scheduling tasks.
- Ensuring all rostering and scheduling requests are efficiently and effectively managed in consultation with clients to meet care plans and service agreements.
- Providing financial and statistical reports in a timely manner.
- Using best practice of customer service and maintaining a high level of communication to key stakeholders to ensure a good customer experience.
- Exercising a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality in supporting internal and external clients, ensuring each client is treated with dignity and respect.
- Working collaboratively to ensure all schedule coordination practice is at the highest quality standard, taking measures to improve processes and create efficiencies where possible and when required.
- Ensuring organizational compliance and regularly checking that schedule coordination practice and documentation within the organization is compliant and taking action to maintain it.
- Any other duties as required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in rostering.
- Security License Vic.
- Clear communication and ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ethical standards and personal integrity.
- Highly developed administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
