    About Our Client Our client is a leading FMCG retail company, who have recently expanded their reach to over 20 stores across Australia.

    Selling plenty of delicious products, they are now looking to recruit a senior HR Advisor to join the team.

    This opportunity is excellent for a candidate, who likes to work in a busy environment and wants to take on a leadership role into the future.

    Job Description Reporting to the Managing Director, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Maintain a sustainable long-term HR function, including all policies, and procedures.

    Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment for internal roles.
    Partner with all business units to boost employee engagement.
    Create company framework for long-term pipeline and people strategy.
    Design cultural initiatives to boost employee retention and succession planning.
    Partner with business leaders on identify key training programs requirements in the team.

    The Successful Applicant We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a Senior HR Advisor role and likes to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

    To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, be able to undertake end-to-end recruitment, employee relations and L&D strategies.

    This is a newly developed role, where you'll have great autonomy to run the HR department and have great leadership potential into the future.
