We're on the lookout for a dynamic Field Account Executive specialized in the Hospitality industry to join our team, someone with hands-on experience in hospitality and who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric sales role.

As a Field Account Executive focusing on Hospitality, your mission is to collaborate with clients to uncover ways to enhance their business using customer data, menu insights, and service staff efficiency. To excel in this role, it's crucial to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor landscape in your region. Your monthly tasks will involve managing the entire sales process from lead generation to product demonstrations and deal closures.

What you'll be up to:

Become an industry, product, and restaurant expert
Take charge of the complete sales cycle: from lead identification to deal closures
Consistently achieve sales targets and surpass quotas
Engage in discovery calls and visits focused on conversion rates and customer needs
Conduct online and in-person Lightspeed demos for restaurateurs
Maintain accurate records in Lightspeed's CRM system
Process sales orders and quotes with precision

What you should bring to the table:

We're seeking a candidate with the following background:

Demonstrated experience in hospitality sales (including cold calling and meeting sales targets)
Proficiency in managing the complete sales process lifecycle
Strong lead generation skills and the ability to leverage hospitality networks for business growth
Expertise in consultative face-to-face and phone-based solution selling
