ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role, in a nutshell, is as follows:

Data entry
Undertake reference checks
Assisting with the onboarding process including reference checks, booking medicals
Answer general enquires
General administration and ad hoc duties to support the recruitment team

We are looking for someone awesome that brings a proactive attitude, is curious and highly driven, with superior written and verbal communication skills.

You will be known for your exceptional customer service both internally and externally, along with the ability to manage priorities in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

Ideally, you will have:

An enthusiastic, committed, and resilient approach
Recognition as a team player and the confidence to manage up
Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and databases
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and initiative
Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs of the business
