    About us: Dalski Pty Ltd is a reputable construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across Australia.     The Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee affordable housing projects on behalf of the Tasmanian Government. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of these vital projects, contributing to the growth and development of communities across Tasmania.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
    • Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and community representatives, to facilitate smooth project execution and address any issues or concerns.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement or corrective action.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably in affordable housing or government-funded projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards, with the ability to interpret and implement project specifications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
    • Certificate IV in Building & Construction or a relevant Construction-related degree.
