About the role
The Technical Sales Manager role is to identify and execute sales opportunities by providing technical solutions across the Rheem Australia brand


Your duties would include:

  • Identify and report on opportunities within the market and execute sales strategies
  • Utilising CRM tools to manage the project pipeline by identifying opportunities from sales leads and then convert those opportunities into profitable sales.
  • Identify, develop and grow customer relationships within the market with a view to
- generating profitable sales.

  • Leverage relationships with commercial customers to promote all Rheem products
  • Identify competitor activity within the market and report accurately.

About you
We are looking for someone who is technically minded, articulate and outcome driven


You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications and relevant work experience across Plumbing
  • Commercial, Engineering or related fields
  • The ability to build rapport with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised, priorities your workload and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience within the sales environment highly desirable but willing to train the right person
