About the role
The Service Technician role is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of the company's range of product in the Perth metropolitan area
Your duties would include:
- Respond to all allocated after sales calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer
- Ensure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards, acting as Plumbing Licence holder for Perth
- Evaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently and accurately and or install and commission an appliance in accordance with the quotation
- Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range include Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart
- Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of him or her and general public
About you
We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable
You will also have:
- Trade qualification in Plumbing, Electrical or Gas Fitting/Servicing.
- Additional restricted license in Plumbing or Electrical
- Highly desirable
- Current drivers licence with the ability to drive manual
- Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID19
