Navigate is looking for a Digital Producer to join our Sydney office immediately.

About the role

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of a wide range of web and mobile app development projects.

You will also have relevant education and skills with a passion for digital transformation, innovation and digital product development that go beyond our customer's expectations.

Duties Include:

- Manage projects from initiation through production, including planning and documenting of business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, project road-mapping, feature prioritisation, sequencing, and ongoing development management;

- Agile project management between a distributed development team.

- Project Stakeholder management with ongoing communication and regular updates and reports;

Autonomous planning for resource requirements (using both local and distributed talent pool).

Role Requirements:

- This is a full-time role. Working Hours will be flexible between 9am – 6pm;

- An undergraduate degree or a master's degree in Information Technology, Project Management or similar. Project Management and Agile certifications is good to have;

Previous experience with project management within the IT / Digital Marketing industry;

- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time;

- Experience gathering and translating business requirements for effective product development;

Demonstrated experience in customer/user experience research and UX principles;

Acute attention to detail with excellent written communication including editing and proofing skills is essential;

Must be passionate about technology and its trends and the industry in general.
