Camp Quality delivers services and programs free of charge for kids and their families at every stage of the cancer experience.

We start meetings with something called Fun Therapy. Fun Therapy creates laughter and positive emotions.

It doesn't have to take long or be overly complicated; it could be anything from a quick quiz to a game of heads and tails.

Occasionally, we schedule in Fun Therapy Activities to bond us as a team, while at other times we may break out into a spontaneous fun activity.

Experience and Knowledge

3+ years' experience in digital platform management
Demonstrated experience in managing content management systems, including WordPress
Demonstrated experience in assessing and scoping website changes
Demonstrated experience optimising digital platforms to improve UX and support business objectives
A working knowledge of current web technologies
Functional knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS
Flair for analytics and campaign reporting, with a proven ability to interpret data to drive growth

Preferred

Experience managing iOS and Android app listings via App Store Connect and Google Play Console
Demonstrated experience in leading a small team

Qualifications and Training

Tertiary qualifications in information technology, web development, digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

Other requirements for this role:

Excellent interpersonal, communication and consultation skills
The ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Results driven, with strong knowledge of ongoing optimisation of a website through analytics and SEO using demonstrated skills and experience in tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Passion for the digital marketing industry and EDM strategy with a high awareness of digital trends
Welldeveloped organisational and time management skills and able to prioritise a heavy workload, within tight deadlines
