    About us

    This position presents found unique opportunities to take part in South East Melbourne Phoenix Internship program.

    South East Melbourne Phoenix are a professional basketball team and a member of the National Basketball League (NBL) in Australia. In its sixth year of existence, the club is chasing a maiden championship.

    As a club, we value teamwork, passion and above all, a willingness to work towards a common goal.

    This position is voluntary and should work in within a university student's practicum requirements for their degree qualifications.

    About the role

    Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer this role will support the Club's marketing and content team. The aim of this role is to learn and develop skills in line with a student's practicum placement.

    Key duties can include:

    • Working with templated work to update content week to week
    • Re-purposing assets from different placements / specifications
    • Cutting out player images and other similar adaptation tasks
    • Develop key skills in conjunction with your university course on graphic design
