Your new role:

Shape the safe design of our Safety Management System and become part of a collaborative, driven, and people-focused team.


The Safety & Wellbeing Systems Partner is responsible for overseeing a Safety Management System that will promote a healthy and safe working environment for staff, contractors, and the community and for ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legislation.

This role will work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders to establish and maintain a positive safety culture.

This is a Band 6 classified role, remuneration will be $89, $97, depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.


What you will need to thrive:

The key selection criteria for this role are:

  • Well-developed attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Strong time management, organisational, and project management skills with the ability to meet timeframes, budget and resource expectations and agility to respond to rapid changes in direction/focus.
  • Highly collaborative with strong leadership skills and an engaging manner with the ability to motivate and influence others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to prepare high quality reports, relevant documentation, and engaging and relevant training sessions to all levels of staff
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
