Your new role:

Shape the safe design of our Safety Management System and become part of a collaborative, driven, and people-focused team.

The Safety & Wellbeing Systems Partner is responsible for overseeing a Safety Management System that will promote a healthy and safe working environment for staff, contractors, and the community and for ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legislation.

This role will work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders to establish and maintain a positive safety culture.

This is a Band 6 classified role, remuneration will be $89, $97, depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

What you will need to thrive:

The key selection criteria for this role are:

Well-developed attention to detail and data analysis skills
Strong time management, organisational, and project management skills with the ability to meet timeframes, budget and resource expectations and agility to respond to rapid changes in direction/focus.
Highly collaborative with strong leadership skills and an engaging manner with the ability to motivate and influence others
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to prepare high quality reports, relevant documentation, and engaging and relevant training sessions to all levels of staff
Experience in project management and continuous improvement
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
