The role:

  • To provide our Customers and Partners with Best in Class Customer Care in Field Service & Support
  • To develop and grow business in the Customer Care with PACS through Essentia
  • Manage Quality issues reporting to QA team. This include liaison of technical solutions with technical helpdesk as well as factories
  • Manage Warranty Claims & Budget
  • Responsible for management of difficult customer complaint feedback and to propose resolution
  • Responsible for close collaboration with Commercial Team
  • To support Commercial Team on Installation, Testing & Commissioning for key projects
  • Expansion of Service Partner network with Commercial Team
  • Organize & Conduct Technical Training for internal staffs and external partners

Who we look for:

  • High level Technical Knowledge in Commercial Food Service, Coffee and Beverage equipment
  • Dynamic & hands on to provide direct service to Customers
  • Ability to organize and deliver technical training to customers and partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills, ability to manage partners and difficult customers
  • Possess team spirit and driven attitude
  • Willingness to learn and innovate
