Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a highly motivated, spirited and organised customer service representative who is extremely passionate about providing customer service excellence.
The Company
Market leaders in the design and construction industry, Trumark are suppliers of a comprehensive range of building materials and architectural products.
With a young and energetic Management Team, the business has a strong growth plan for 2023 and are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service rep to support the team.
The Role
A great opportunity for a customer-focused internal customer service representative working in a dynamic team.
The role will be all about responding to customer enquiries and responding to their enquiries by providing a fast and efficient internal support service.
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader and based in the showroom, you will be a highly motivated individual who is an enthusiastic player and loves interacting and delighting your customers.
Hours for this role are slightly flexible in the vicinity of 7am-4.30pm.Key responsibilities
Supporting the current team achieve sales goals and further enhancing customer experience through:
- Efficient and timely customer responses
- Collaborating proposals/quotations
- Taking orders and entering into the system
- Liaising with the Freight/Logistics team to ensure materials are delivered on time
- Follow up for sales reps
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Attending to all sales enquires/complaints
- Maintaining product knowledge
- Providing samples and collateral to builders and contractors as required
- Attending and contributing to team meetings
Experience and Skills
- 2 + years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Construction/Building industry experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and approach to time management
- Able to manage multiple tasks/customer enquires accurately, calmly and efficiently
- Great communicator and superior customer service /phone skills
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
- Selfmotivated, energetic and articulate
- Proficient Microsoft Office suite and CRM
