This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the retail/commercial property sector in a stable professional environment working at a well known shopping centre.

Your Role:

The key purpose of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure all Centre functions (Retail, Operations, Guest Experience and Marketing) Being a part of the leadership team at the centre, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensurinig managing emergency situations, the general upkeep of the centre, retailer and customer liaison and overall customer service in order to maximise centre presentation.

Location:

Inner City Suburb, parking available and public transport closeby.

Main Duties:

Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks to the car park, amenities, internal and external common areas.
Painting car park, internal and external elements
Weekend Duty Manager hours
Minor plastering repairs
Minor repairs to gates, doors, hardware, taps, pavement, guard rails, bollards, signposts, pipes, expansion joint, tiles etc.
Maintain, the centre's loading docks in a clean and hazard free, remove hard waste, and attend to general tasks.
Respond to hazards immediately.
