Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting directly to our Shared Services Manager, you'll be joining a team of 5 other AP professionals in this highly rewarding, high volume transaction role.

Your main responsibilities will cover:

Manage various AP inboxes
Process credit card reconciliations
Regular liaison and follow up with various internal and external stakeholders
Reconcile and process a high volume of payments including FX
Provide a range of payables, accounting and administrative services to the Group
Prepare various reports
Provide back-up to fellow AP team members

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking candidates with:

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role with exposure to foreign currency payments and bank reconciliations
Intermediate to advanced comprehension of Excel and other MS Office products
Experience in a high volume transaction environment
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously when required

The following skills & experience will also be highly regarded:

Finance qualification
Experience using Concur and/or CargoWise One systems
Industry experience
Credit Card reconciliations
