    Branch Manager - Regional

    Description

    Regional Branch Manager - Townsville

    We are seeking a skilled Regional Branch Manager to join our Townsville, Queensland team.

    In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:

    • Oversee the daily operations of our 3 branches in Townsville, Mt Isa, and Cairns

    • Hold full responsibility for establishing and maintaining a conducive work environment

    • Drive continuous growth by providing top-notch sales and support for various customer segments while ensuring operational efficiency

    • Foster a collaborative team environment

    • Manage all branch functions and financial metrics

    • Promote innovation and identify areas for improvement

    • Ensure business expansion through effective marketing and sales strategies

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

    • Cultivate strong customer relationships to drive growth

    • Meet and exceed customer expectations

    To excel in this role, you should possess:

    • Prior experience in the diesel and alternative fuel engines and generators sector

    • A proven track record as a strong team leader with a focus on business development

    • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across diverse markets

    • A dedication to creating a safe work environment with a focus on health and safety
