    About the Opportunity

    HCA's Townsville branch has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and well-presented team player to join the team in the position of Receptionist / Administration. This full-time role will have you providing end to end administrative support for the branch.

    About the Role

  • Greeting customers, visitors and contractors in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception.
  • Process daily banking.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable & Receivable.
  • Scanning & filing of branch documents as required.
  • Managing stationery, office consumables and mail.
  • Providing quality administrative services to support branch operations in true Hitachi Spirit.
  • Ensuring and monitoring compliance in house to WHS Policies and Procedures and organising safety inductions.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required.

    • About You

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • A helpful and friendly attitude is essential as you will be based front of house and often be the first point of contact for multiple departments.
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
  • Competent level of computer literacy (eg. Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint).
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy.
  • Initiative to multi-task office support efficiently and effectively.
