    Allclass is an independent, family owned, Queensland born-and-bred Kubota Dealer and Specialist operating for over 30 years. We're authorised Kubota dealers for mini excavators, tractors, mowers, and excavator parts. We sell a complete range of Kubota parts and products to meet the customer's needs. Servicing the entire Queensland region, Allclass is an official 5 star authorised dealer for Kubota.

    We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to oversee the operations of our Townsville Workshop. This role will take primary responsibility for managing the workflow of the Service Technicians and Apprentice. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritise workload effectively. As part of a small team, you will be on the tools as needed.

    More specifically your duties will include the following:

    • Manage the day to day operations of the workshop
    • Supervise and prioritise the scheduling of pre-delivery, retail, and warranty work
    • Manage the ordering of parts internally and from 3rd parties for servicing
    • Liaise with Group Parts and Service Manager and the Branch Manager on workflow
    • Conduct QA checks and sign off on completed work
    • Undertake Workshop Technician duties when required
    • Maintain a safe workshop environment

    In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:

    • Ability to maintain a high standard of relevant product knowledge
    • Intermediate computer literacy using relevant software (e.g., MS Office suite)
    • Ability to effectively manage deadlines
    • Ability to train subordinates
