Job Requirements:

Contract: 12 months plus 2 x 12 month options

Eligibility
:
Australian Citizens who hold an AGSVA
Baseline or higher security clearance.

Location:
Canberra - hybrid/WFH, or remote


The role:


Our client needs a Procurement Specialist to provide procurement services in the areas of labour hire, general services, ICT hardware and software products.


You will prepare and review procurement documents including: approval documents, requests for quote, evaluation reports, work orders and purchase orders.


Experience needed:


  • Develop procurement documents in consultation with stakeholders
  • Have used Commonwealth panel arrangements
- for labour hire, general services, ICT hardware/software products

  • Commonwealth Procurement Framework, including the
  • Resource Management Framework and
  • Commonwealth Procurement Rules
  • Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and familiarity with EDRM systems
  • Build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
