If you are ready to take control of your legal journey, keep reading to find out moreResponsibilities Working with and advising corporate clients directly on commercial matters, and providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client's commercial contracts.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.Minimum Qualifications3+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs, vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.Issue spotting and contract planning.
Experience creating contract templates and/or experience managing contract databases is a plus.
