Our Client
Our client is a truly global company and brand name known to most Australians. With this ever-expanding business comes a new opportunity for a Lawyer to join the thriving in-house team.
The Role
We are seeking a lawyer with 5-8 years commercial law (contract drafting and negotiation) and consumer law experience – with privacy law exposure a bonus. This role will be varied and you will have the chance to provide legal advice and negotiate and draft a range of contracts (in relation to customer retention, sales, digital etc etc), review and advise on marketing and content and provide advice on competition and consumer laws. Regulated industry advisory experience will be well regarded but is not essential. Consumer/FMCG well regarded as well
A full PD is available to suitable candidates.
