Our Client
We have an exciting in-house opportunity for insurance lawyers to join our client, an independent specialist claim manager providing innovative outsourced claim management services across all lines of general insurance. For Insurance Lawyers looking to utilise their legal skills within an exciting, flexible corporate and get out of Private Practice, then these could be the ideal roles.
The Role
The roles will be responsible for managing general liability claims across a portfolio of Australian and international insurers. You will be required to assess liability and financial exposure over a full range of insurance claims and manage resolution accordingly.
The positions will ideally suit lawyers with 2-4 years PQE. Previous litigation experience would be preferable and ideally you will have exposure to general liability claims involving anything from personal injury, property damage to professional indemnity. It is not necessary to have exposure or experience across all areas.

These are unique opportunities to act across a diverse range of general liability claims within a corporate organisation. The successful applicants will have autonomy to run your own case load, however, be supported by Senior Managers. In return, you will have an opportunity to further develop your career in an in-house environment. There is a culture of collaborative support and great flexibility.
