    Description

    They are looking for someone on the top of their game, someone who is able to come in and make genuine impact in a business going through a huge digital transformation.

    You must have the end-user at the heart of everything you do - this is what drives you. Not only this, but you are always motivated to ensure the experience you create and publish is focused on the needs of the users and aligns with customer experience strategies. You are a strong collaborator with no ego. As a senior member of the team, you are always willing to confidently offer an opinion to stakeholders at all levels, whilst being open minded to others.

    Requirements

    • 7-10 years' experience across digital content, journalism/comms, UX writing or copywriting.
    • You will have a knack for being able to engage with different user bases and audiences and an ability to distill complex product processes and features into clear, concise language
    • You will have experience working in a regulated and/or technical environment
    • Excellent writing skills – with previous experience explaining complex technical topics for a variety of audiences
    • Proven experience working alongside designers and engineers
    • Ability to work in an Agile environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team
    • Great stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills
    • Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, you will have worked with a variety of approaches to delivering information to users.

    Salary up to $150k base + super.
