About the role
Due to sustained growth, an opportunity has been created for a motivated, up-and-coming Level 2 Field Support Technician.
Some of the key tasks will include:
50% office IT support work- 50% in the field (Sydney Metro area)
Providing level 2 technical support;
Conduct scheduled onsite visits;
Complete escalated support tasks;
Update clients on the progress of issues;
Autonomous work - organize your own day.
About YOU
Very approachable and excellent at interacting with people;
Great time management skills;
Friendly and outgoing nature;
2-3 years of IT helpdesk experience;
Knowledge and experience with Citrix and Active Directory;
MSP background is highly regarded;
Field service experience is ideal but not mandatory;
Experience in Level 1 and 2 IT Support.
