Client / Office Services Coordinator
The organisation
Our client is currently recruiting for a Client / Office Services Coordinator to join their office based in the Perth CBD on a permanent basis.
The role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Office Services Manager with day-to-day operations
- Managing all front and back of house, including meeting room bookings and set ups
- Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Managing and coordinating client events including morning teas, Friday work drinks and seasonal functions
- Preparing new employee welcome packs
- Experience in a similar services support role
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a professional/corporate environment (Desirable)
- Previous experience in event planning and management
- Competent Microsoft office suite skills
- Excellent attention to detail
