Description

The Role:

  • Review, update and manage data for service network within internal systems
  • Assign the declined/no coverage repair service orders
  • Support for management when required
  • Attend to ASC Hotline from 8.30am till 5.00pm
  • SAW review and approval for extra men and freight
  • Resolve ASC issues by working with relevant departments ie: Warranty/Spare Parts/Tech
  • Response to Management/RHQ/HQ requests in timely manner
  • Assist State service manager and field support's as required
  • Manage and raise SAW requests within 24 hours of receipt
  • Manage manual invoice from ASCs, OTA agents and other vendors
  • Mass Communication to ASC

About YOU:

  • Sound problem solving skills with linear & logical troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Higher School Certificate
  • Quick learner with ability to take on new information, using a methodical and proactive approach
  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
  • Cooperative and team focused with sound interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, cope with high pressure & tight deadlines within fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks & take initiative in work
  • Professional, personable, approachable & enthusiastic
