    Are you someone who enjoys learning new things and being challenged by the unknown?

    We're seeking a dynamic individual to elevate service, quality, compliance, and safety outcomes while driving down costs and risks across a diverse portfolio of contracts within IT. Your role will involve strategic category and contract management to optimise contract value and nurture long-term supplier relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Leading category management, contract negotiations, and supplier performance evaluations to secure the best deals.
    • Ensuring consistent and effective application of the contract management framework across your portfolio.
    • Strategically managing all services, materials, and goods contracts, focusing on commercial success.
    • Identifying and executing cost-saving opportunities while managing data related to category and contract performance.
    • Driving process efficiencies and business improvements within the Supply Chain.
    • Upholding commerciality and governance standards for contracts both internally and with external suppliers.
    • Contributing to supply capability forecasting and supply chain strategy development.
    • Supporting planning, budgeting, reporting processes, and enterprise risk management initiatives relevant to your portfolio and stakeholders.

    • Category & Contract Strategy: Expertise in developing and executing strategies to maximize value.
    • Supplier Relationship Management: Proven ability to foster valuable supplier relationships.
    • Analytical Thinking: Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
    • Influencing & Communication: Effective in influencing and communicating with stakeholders.
    • Risk & Compliance Management: Deep understanding and application of procurement risk and compliance.
    • Financial Analysis: Proficient in financial assessment and pricing models.
    • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills in high-value transactions.
    • Category & Contract Management: Proficiency in both areas to optimize outcomes.
    • Customer Focus: Oriented towards delivering customer-centric results.
    • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Contractual Expertise: Understanding of contract types and standards.
