The Role:

Join a leading mining organisation as a Contracts specialist and bring your expertise to this collaborative and supportive team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Measuring performance against customer satisfaction by reporting and rectifying any noncompliance.
  • Analysing contract costs and ensuring favourable terms.
  • Drafting contractual correspondence, evaluation of changes/variations and processing contract variation.
  • Issuing amendments for contracts; evaluating claims, resolving disputes and closing out contracts.
  • Coordinating the signing process, ensuring all necessary party's sign.
  • Maintaining accurate contract records and providing regular updates to Principal Contracts Advisor.
  • Assisting with drafting various tender documents and contracts, conducting commercial clarifications, evaluating proposals, and assisting in contractor selection.
  • Reducing Total Cost Ownership.
  • Finding opportunities to add value and reduce costs.
