In a period of growth, we have a unique opportunity for a seasoned
Contracts Specialist to join our Offshore & Remote portfolio.

The role will see you assisting our operational General Managers in complex and detailed contract negotiations in such a way that every opportunity for revenue growth is explored within our contracts.


The Position
Working alongside the General Managers to understand their business and potential growth opportunities, you will be required to;

  • Engage with our clients on commercial contract compliance matters, scope changes or contract variation requests
  • Manage contract compliance and monthly compliance reporting, including KPI reports
  • Audit commercial contracts to ensure there is no revenue leakage
  • Provide recommendations on contractual improvements
  • Assist with audits and other adhoc projects
  • Maintain contract databases, registers and files
  • Facilitate contract price and scope amendments with support from the commercial accounting team
  • Ensure purchase order books are accounted for and maintained in register
  • Assist with the collation and redistribution of site reporting and other information

The Person

  • Previous experience within a similar commercial management role
  • Understanding or exposure to a food services business
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to understand and interpret contracts, commercial terms and financial data
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
  • The ability to think critically, problem solve and work in a fastpaced role
  • Positive 'cando' attitude with the ability to who can work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach toward work and colleagues
  • A high level of ethical standards in honesty, integrity and confidentiality
