About The Role

Looking to add to their team and require
Customer Service Representative, the role is a mixture of dealing with and amending Customer Accounts, processing credits, following up invoices with government clients.

It sits within a great team who thrive on providing High Level Customer Service & Delivering results.

  • Experience working in a Call Centre environment is highly desirable for this position._

Day to day duties include:


  • Handling inbound calls in a professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to existing clients
  • Listening to customers and determining appropriate course of action
  • Recording accurate customer information
  • Complying with policies and procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality of customer information

Skills and Experience

  • Background and experience working in a customer Service/call centre environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and work/personal ethics
  • Ability to prioritise and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent listening skills, empathetic, caring and patient
  • Strong attention to detail
