- A valid HR license (or currently obtaining)
- Minimum 1 year of coach driving experience (desirable)
- Current "Provide First Aid" certificate and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NT Vehicle Passenger Authority (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check and Medical Check
- Park Accreditation (Uluru & Kata Tjuta Knowledge for Tour Guides)
- Confidence, customer focus, conscientiousness, and excellent communication skills
- A passion for the outdoors and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment
- 5 weeks annual leave
