- Assess, review, identify and implement changes for efficiency and cost management in the operational functions and systems.
- Oversee and manage the smooth operation of all tours and charter services to maximise revenue.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor the efficient utilisation of all staff through effective rostering.
- Manage the after-hours phone roster to ensure adequate operations support.
- Develop strategies to achieve guest satisfaction targets.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of training and performance to ensure learning, productivity and quality outcomes are achieved.
- Manage depot and fleet utilisation records, and report information in an accurate and timely.
- Actively prepare and participate in scheduled communications & reporting to the NT General Manager.
- Co-ordinate continuous improvement and cost control activities.
- Managerial experience in a fast-paced environment – travel or hospitality.
- Vehicle co-ordination, scheduling, and maintenance management experience.
- Ability to lead and participate in meetings, training, and presentations.
- Logistics and/or Tourism experience is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs and Operations systems.
- HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver's License or willingness to obtain.
- Passenger Authority – Police Check and Medical.
- Senior First Aid Certificate minimum.
